In school settings, both public and private, yoga and mindfulness classes are offered following a set schedule for the duration of your school year. The following options are available:
Weekly
Ideally, students will have the opportunity to participate in yoga and mindfulness education on a weekly basis. Students will be able to build upon and apply learned skills more quickly and consistently.
Biweekly
Perhaps your schedule doesn’t allow for weekly classes. No problem! A biweekly schedule offers all of the same benefits as a weekly schedule, more spread out. Curriculum will be modified to ensure that all key yoga tools are covered fully over fewer classes.
Monthly
Monthly classes are ideal for older students who may attend their academic classes on a rotating schedule, or for schools who have very few options within their schedules, regardless of student age. Curriculum will be modified to ensure that all key yoga tools are addressed.
